The following segments represent members’ products or services. These segments help ALDA gain further insight into our membership and provide more tailored communications.

Analytical Instruments, Reagents, and Consumables
Spectroscopy, materials analysis, chromatography and mass spec atomic absorbance (AA), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and arc/spark optical emission spectroscopy, infrared, near-infrared (NIR), and Raman spectroscopy, including both conventional and Fourier transform (FT) methods, UV/Visible spectroscopy, fluorescence, color measurement, ellipsometry, polarimetry, and refractometry, thermal analysis, calorimetry, particle characterization (now including particle counters), and viscometry/rheometry, NMR, XRD, XRF. Does not include life science reagents and analytical chemicals. Chromatographs and associated detectors, including mass spectrometry (GC-MS), HPLC, IC and LPLC, LC-MS, MALDI-TOF, SIMS, ICP-MS, magnetic sector, and FT-MS instrumentation plus Analytical instrument consumables and reagents.

Lab Automation Tools
Liquid handlers, robots, detection instruments, sample preparation systems, integrated solutions (PoC), software – primarily for Analytical, Life Sciences and Diagnostics workflows.

Life Science Tools, Reagents, and Consumables
Including nucleic acid extraction/amplification/PCR, microarrays, sequencing, flow cytometers, transfection, gene editing high content screening, and patch clamp systems and reagents, oligos, and consumables – primarily consumables used with life science instrumentation, cell analysis, and laboratory automation systems. Also includes Cellular / Tissue / Organoids, Genomics, and Proteomics.

Software and Informatics
Primarily for Analytical, Life Sciences and Diagnostics workflows and applications.

Clinical In Vitro & Advanced Diagnostics
Molecular Diagnostics (PCR, microarray, and sequencing), protein diagnostics (immuno, mass spec), tissue pathology, and microbiology.

Laboratory Testing Service Companies
Includes wide menu providers and disease or technology experts.
