To help explore this topic further, we are pleased to welcome Ginny Clarke, former Director of Executive Recruiting at Google. At Google, she led the company’s diversity, non-tech recruiting, and leadership internal mobility teams. She found and hired many of the organization’s senior leaders and built and scaled an internal mobility program that supports their executive recruiting function to this day.
Prior to joining Google, Clarke was a partner at global executive search firm Spencer Stuart and a senior partner for executive search at Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions Firm.
