Thank you to our members for participating in the recent ALDA Diversity & Inclusion Benchmarking Survey. Because of your contributions, this survey received responses from 45 member companies and includes representation data on ~265,000 employees. We are very pleased with the results, particularly because this is our first time ever conducting a survey like this. There is a clear appetite for this information in our industry, and we are excited to be able to provide this actionable data set through ALDA.
We will be hosting a review of the survey findings for participating companies only, presented with Pearl Meyer, on Monday, February 22 at 11 am Eastern.
